Almond Joy
This works as a filling post-workout shake. The carbs replenish glycogen stores, the protein builds muscle, the fat adds a fill factor.
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop coconut protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 tbsp coconut shreds
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 8-16 oz milk of choice coconut works well here
- Dark chocolate chips
- Slivered almonds
Add all to blender and blend until creamyTop with dark chocolate chips and slivered almonds
