Almond Joy

This works as a filling post-workout shake. The carbs replenish glycogen stores, the protein builds muscle, the fat adds a fill factor.

Servings 1 serving


  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop coconut protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut shreds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 8-16 oz milk of choice coconut works well here
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Slivered almonds


  • Add all to blender and blend until creamy
    Top with dark chocolate chips and slivered almonds
