6ozcoconut kefir or dairy free yogurt with cultures I like Forager cashew yogurt
2big handfulsbaby spinach
1servingcollagen or plant protein powder
water or other milk for thinning, amount based on desired consistency
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until creamy. Add more dairy free milk or water if you prefer a thinner consistency. Sprinkle with cinnamon or cacao if desired.
Health note: this shake works as a meal replacement because it has a full serving of protein, good amount of healthy fats, carbs and fiber. You can also have this as a post-workout snack! It’s thick, creamy and very soothing on the gut.
