Tomato Tuna Melts

This is the easiest throw together dinner ever. We enjoy these in the summer when I don’t feel like cooking. Make to servings desired

  • Canned tuna
  • Olive oil mayo
  • Scallions, celery, olives etc
  • Large tomatoes sliced
  • Thinly sliced cheddar cheese
  • Broccoli sprouts optional


  • Make tuna salad with mix ins you enjoy 
    Lay sliced tomato on a baking sheet, top each tomato slice with tuna salad + a slice of cheese 
    Place under broiler for 3-5 minutes until melty. Take out and top with sprouts. 
    Serve with a side salad for a fresh and simple meal.
