Baked Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Oats

This is a great dessert when you’re craving a baked good.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats blended into oat flour
  • 2 tbsp protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • coconut oil spray
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F + spray ramekin
    In a blender combine all ingredients (but chocolate chips) until smooth 
    Pour batter into ramekin and top with chocolate chips 
    Bake 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

optional add ins: dark chocolate chips, berries, nuts, shredded carrot
